Version information: The Act was adopted by the Bundestag as Article 1 of the Act of 16 July 2024 (Federal Law Gazette 2024 I no. 240). It enters into force, as stipulated in Article 10 sentence 1 of said Act, on 20 July 2024. It takes the stead of the Act 310-24 of 19 October 2020 (Federal Law Gazette I 2012, p. 2182) (KapMuG 2012).
